Book-keeping and Payroll
We literally keep clients' books by collecting receipts, returns, sales invoices etc. We then organize these documents by type and month or as preferred by our individual clients. These documents are then numbered and filed in a neat fashion and returned to clients in good shape. We prepare books of accounts for your company from the data from these documents and submit monthly returns such as NSSF, NHIF, PAYE and levies on behalf of our clients together with any other statutory payments. Management accounts are also prepared on a monthly basis for our clients.
Under Payroll services, we basically prepare a working and comprehensive payroll for your company inclusive of statutory deductions and benefits; and assist with compliance checks and audits by KRA.
Accounting Review
After having received data from our clients, we enter and manipulate it using state-of-the- art accountting software to come up with monthly and annual reports for our clients such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements. We then assist our clients to understand and interpret these reports and their books of accounts if required.

KRA is the revenue collection body in Kenya and is responsible for the collection of taxes. The tax system in Kenya comprises of individual income tax, corporate tax and tax on goods and services, levies, customs and duties among others. These taxes are expected to be submitted on a monthly basis by payment to KRA or are withheld and submitted to KRA.
